Certifications

At Adaptivestack Technologies, our certifications reflect our commitment to excellence, inclusion, and community impact. As a federally recognized small business, we proudly hold both Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and HUBZone certifications — demonstrating our dedication to advancing opportunities for women in technology and driving economic growth in historically underutilized communities. These designations not only highlight our leadership in delivering innovative IT and professional services but also enable our federal partners to meet small business contracting goals while gaining a trusted, high-performing solutions provider.

Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB)

As a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certified through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), we are eligible to participate in the WOSB Federal Contracting Program. This program enables contracting officers to set aside specific federal opportunities for WOSB-certified firms, helping to promote equity and expand participation of women entrepreneurs in federal contracting.

Our WOSB certification enables:

  • WOSB set-aside and sole-source contracting opportunities across federal agencies
  • Competitive advantage in procurements within WOSB-designated industries
  • Expanded teaming and subcontracting opportunities with large prime contractors seeking to meet small business participation goals

Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone)

As a certified Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business, Adaptivestack Technologies also qualifies for HUBZone sole-source and set-aside awards from federal agencies. This certification supports the economic development goals of the HUBZone program while helping agencies meet their small business utilization targets.

Our HUBZone status enables streamlined acquisition through:

  • Sole-source awards (typically up to $4.5M for most contracts and higher for manufacturing)
  • HUBZone set-aside contracts
  • Price evaluation preference in full and open competitions
