Adaptivestack Technologies Awarded General Counsel Agile Modernization (GCAM) Sub Contract
Adaptivestack Technologies (AST) has been awarded a subcontract to sustain, enhance, and modernize the General Counsel Accountability and Management System (GCAM) — the primary system used by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of General Counsel (OGC) for legal case tracking, administrative investigations, workforce accountability, and oversight coordination across the enterprise. GCAM enables the secure handling of sensitive case information, correspondence, and compliance workflows that support both internal governance and external legal obligations.
This engagement falls under the Corporate Services (CS) service line, focused on enabling enterprise-level administrative, governance, and oversight operations through secure, scalable IT solutions. Adaptivestack Technologies, with AdaptiveVets Solutions (AVS) as a the prime contractor, provides full lifecycle application support including software enhancements, performance tuning, configuration management, cybersecurity alignment, DevSecOps implementation, user access control, and documentation. AST applies agile methodologies to deliver secure, iterative improvements that are aligned with stakeholder priorities and evolving business needs.
The contract supports the Secretary VA / Congressional / Legal Affairs (SCLA) product line, which includes systems that serve the VA Secretary’s Office, Office of General Counsel, Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection (OAWP), Office of Inspector General (OIG), and Congressional Affairs functions. These systems enable high-stakes, legally sensitive operations—such as investigations, ethics reviews, whistleblower protections, and audit responses—that ensure the integrity of the Department and protect the rights of Veterans and employees.
Through this work, Adaptivestack Technologies strengthens the VA’s ability to uphold accountability, transparency, and legal compliance at the highest levels. The continued evolution and support of GCAM help safeguard the Department’s mission and reputation, ensuring that decisions affecting Veterans and the agency are backed by reliable, secure, and accessible data. AST’s leadership—supported by AVS’s veteran-led expertise—is vital in helping VA maintain a trusted, ethical, and mission-aligned enterprise.
